A marketing strategist with experience, for whom every New Product Development (NPD) process begins with finding an authentic consumer insight. In his work, he combines experience from large organizations (like Kompania Piwowarska) with the dynamics of startups and the specifics of developed family companies (Sante). He is a proponent of Lean Startup methodology - he believes that rapid validation of ideas is the safest way to create market success. At HUB NPD, he takes care of the commercial side of innovation, integrating branding, pricing and packaging design with communication strategy. He looks at the product holistically: from strategy and product marketing, to effective execution and point-of-sale visibility.
