class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As part of the ongoing project, our team has developed and implemented the technology<br \/>for the production of apple marmalade and fruit jelly in the form of snails, without<br \/>added sugar. The process was designed in accordance with national and EU<br \/>regulations on food safety, food production and<br \/>waste management. The goal of the project was to implement innovative and<br \/>sustainable solutions in the food industry, with a particular focus on<br \/>natural ingredients and high quality products. The developed technology provides<br \/>marmalade with excellent taste and nutritional qualities, as well as optimal<br \/>consistency. Based on it, we have also developed a method for producing<br \/>fruit jellies, which are sweetened with only natural ingredients and free of<br \/>added sugar, thus meeting the dietary requirements of<br \/>sugar avoiders.
