As part of the ongoing project, our team has developed and implemented the technology
for the production of apple marmalade and fruit jelly in the form of snails, without
added sugar. The process was designed in accordance with national and EU
regulations on food safety, food production and
waste management. The goal of the project was to implement innovative and
sustainable solutions in the food industry, with a particular focus on
natural ingredients and high quality products. The developed technology provides
marmalade with excellent taste and nutritional qualities, as well as optimal
consistency. Based on it, we have also developed a method for producing
fruit jellies, which are sweetened with only natural ingredients and free of
added sugar, thus meeting the dietary requirements of
sugar avoiders. The project was completed in January 2025.
